  • Role Summary

    As a part of PURE, you will be joining the Sales Executive (PuREPower) Team, responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the energy storage (power backup) products in the UPS/inverter, lead-acid battery, solar rooftop, and DG Set (5–50 kVA) market segments.

    PuREPower Products Innovation: Combining Inverter, Battery, Solar Hybrid, IoT/AI with Aesthetics and 15-Year Life Cycle.

    Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential B2C and B2B customers, developing strong client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales strategies, appoint dealers/distributors and meet revenue targets.

    Essential Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop, UPS/inverter, lead-acid battery and DG Set (5–50 kVA) sectors by calling through leads.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and distributors.
    • Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers.
    • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
    Skills & Requirements
    • B.Tech / Degree / MBA
    • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in sales
    • Expertise in B2B and B2C sales, handling key accounts, and driving revenue growth
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to explain technical solutions clearly, negotiate prices, and build long-term customer relationships
