The Role — Sales Executive / Manager (TSE/TSM)
As a Sales Executive (TSE/TSM) for PuREPower, you will be instrumental in driving both B2C and B2B sales across all PuREPower segments. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing a robust network of dealers and distributors, cultivating key B2B accounts, and engaging directly with B2C buyers. This role involves conducting product demonstrations, providing essential technical guidance, and expertly guiding customers through the sales cycle to achieve deal closures.
You will be responsible for achieving challenging monthly sales targets, contributing directly to PURE Energy's aggressive growth. This is a 100% office-based position at our Sangareddy facility, where you'll receive a structured 1-week training program and be supplied with qualified leads. You will report directly to senior sales leadership, ensuring clear guidance and support in your journey as a Sales Executive.
Who We're Looking For — Candidate Profile
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with 6-10 years of progressive sales experience. A B.Tech, Degree, or MBA from a recognized institution is preferred. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in 2-wheeler auto sales, BESS sales, inverter/energy storage solutions, or experience as a sales team lead/sales in-charge in related industries. While the role focuses on PuREPower BESS, prior experience in high-volume, competitive sales environments is highly valued.
You should possess expertise in both B2B and B2C sales, with a proven track record in key account handling and significant revenue growth. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for explaining technical solutions, managing pricing discussions, and building long-term customer relationships. Relocation to Sangareddy is a hard requirement for this Sales Executive (TSE/TSM) position.
