ABOUT THE POLICY
This Extended Warranty Policy provides additional protection beyond the standard warranty, covering electrical breakdowns of PuREPower components. It is designed to support customers with the cost of repair or replacement of eligible parts, ensuring sustained performance, safety, and reliability of the PuREPower All-in-One product.
This extended warranty applies to all current PuREPower All-in-One models and remains valid only upon successful completion and submission of the Installation & Commissioning (I&C) report in accordance with company guidelines. Failure to submit the I&C details will result in the warranty being rendered null and void.
The PURE channel partner will only accept the responsibility for replacement as per the terms & conditions of these documents.

WARRANTY OBLIGATION - Repair or Replacement Terms
WARRANTY OBLIGATION- If any defect(s) are identified in your PuREPower All-in-One product within the terms stipulated above, the Channel Partner shall be responsible for repair or replacement at their sole discretion. Any part found to be defective will be replaced with a new part or an equivalent, at no cost to the owner, provided the Channel Partner acknowledges that the defect is attributable to a mechanical or electrical breakdown as defined. (Whichever occurs first).
The extended warranty is valid for up to 12 years, during which the battery pack is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its original capacity. Any reduction below this threshold due to a covered defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
EXCLUSIONS
- 1. Warranty claims will not be accepted under any circumstances if the damage or defect arises from the following causes. These conditions fall outside the scope of PuR Energy Ltd warranty obligations.
- 2. Damage caused by insufficient ventilation or restricted airflow, resulting in reduced Cooling performance is not covered under warranty.
- 3. Warranty is void if the product is installed improperly or by an installer who is not accredited by PuREnergy Ltd.
- 4. Any defects arising from incorrect or non-compliant use, installation, commissioning, start-up, or operation of the product are not eligible for warranty claims.
- 5. Damage caused by improper wiring, including electrical arcing or harm to the product or its components, is excluded from warranty coverage.
- 6. Mishandling or misuse of the product by the installer or end-user, such as dropping the product during installation, will void the warranty.
- 7. Damage resulting from force majeure events—such as lightning strikes, overvoltage, Storms, fire, or flooding—is not covered under this warranty.
- 8. Any damage incurred during incorrect or careless transportation of the product is not covered by the warranty. Unauthorized repair, modification, or reinstallation of the product will void all warranty obligations Water ingress, corrosive gas damage, or installation in dirty environments, causing Particles to affect performance — are not covered under this warranty.
- 9. If PuREPower Unit is idle/ inoperative condition for more than 6 months can lead to void in warranty terms
- 10. All electronic and electrical components of the products, including those covered under Extended Warranty (EW), shall be eligible for warranty coverage only upon proper completion of Wi-Fi installation to enable continuous data collection and monitoring. However, warranty and Extended Warranty (EW) coverage for the battery pack shall remain valid irrespective of Wi-Fi installation. The Company reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that do not comply with the above requirements, without prejudice to its rights under applicable law
- 11. If it shall be established following the receipt of the claim that the conditions of extended warranty as laid down have not been fully complied with, then it is hereby expressly agreed and declared that the Warranty Service Provider shall be released from all liability for that particular claim.
- 12. If the customer and/or the Authorized channel partner undertake a claim, knowing the claim to be false and or fraudulent as regards the value or the amount of work or cause of failure or otherwise, this extended warranty shall be deemed to be invalid and the right to prosecute is reserved. Failure to comply with these formalities and conditions may lead to a refusal to pay the Claim.
Limitation of Liability
- 1. The company’s liability under this policy is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only. No claims will be entertained for indirect losses, downtime, or consequential damages arising from product failure.
- 2. All disputes/differences regarding claim settlement, arising for whatsoever reason shall be subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts only.
DEFINITIONS
- 1. Company : The manufacturer of the PuREPower All-in-One product.
- 2. Channel Partner: Authorized distributor/dealer or service provider for sales, installation, and warranty.
- 3. Installation & Commissioning (I&C) Report: Mandatory report confirming proper installation and operation.
- 4. Normal Operating Conditions: Usage as per manufacturer guidelines and maintenance instructions.
- 5. Battery Pack Retention Capacity: Minimum guaranteed battery capacity over its warranty period.
- 6. Whichever Occurs First: Refers to the earlier of warranty expiry or completion of repair/replacement.
